Rich has a passion for bringing together people, capital and ideas to create strategic options and long-term value.
Rich comes from being Managing Director, Leveraged Finance at Nordea where he was the go-to banker for large cap LBO deals across the region, built up specific industry competency in technology and IT services, as well as overseeing a EUR 6bn+ LBO lending portfolio.
Prior to this Rich was Vice President at Deutsche Bank leading M&A deals across the infrastructure, energy and mining sectors in London. Rich began his career in New Zealand at Deutsche Bank advising top-10 NZ corporates on public and private M&A, DCM and ECM.
